Terms:
- Allocated - this term is used
when the demand for a firearm exceeds the supply. Allocated
guns are not normally available on demand.
- Charter Member -
All those who are members before June 30,
2006 and remain members. Charter member fees and pricing will
remain fixed for the life of their membership.
- Cost - is dealer
invoice amount plus any additional cost or special request which adds
expense to the purchase. Example -
special shipping instructions
i.e. "next day air" etc
- Eligibility to own/purchase
firearms: It is the Members responsibility to make certain
they are eligible to own and purchase a firearm prior to enrolling
in this
- Forfeiture of Charter Membership
& Points - failure to renew membership within the specified
thirty (30) days will result in the loss of accumulated points and
Charter Membership if applicable.
- Membership Renewal
- Original
Membership is valid for one year (12 calendar months) from the date of enrollment.
Membership expiration date will will be on December 31 and due for
renewal on January 1, payable by January 31, regardless of the month
of enrollment. Second years membership fee will be pro-rated
depending on the month of original enrollment. Example:
A person becomes a member on December 12th. The membership is
valid thru December 11 of the following year. The renewal date
is January 1. For the second calendar year membership, this
member would receive a renewal bill for ($65/12) or $5.42 -
one months membership cost. This extends the membership until
the expiration of December 31. The member will have thirty
(30) days to exercise the option of second year otherwise it will be
assumed the member does not wish to enroll for the second calendar
year.
- Points - for each $100 you
spend, over the life of your continuous membership, you will earn
one (1) point. Members with the most points will have first
choice on Allocated and Special Purchase items &
firearms.
- Receiving / Transfer Dealer:
The dealer the member selects to receive and transfer
firearms. This dealer will complete all background checks and
comply with all the laws of the member's State of
Residence.
Membership
Payment:
- By Master Card / Visa (no added fee) -
Cashiers Check / Money Order - Personal Check (10 days before
membership is activated)
Purchase Payment:
- Full payment including shipping cost
must be paid within TEN DAYS (10) of order. If payment
is not received within this period the order will be canceled and
considered null and void.
- Normal payment is by Cashier's
Check or Money Order. Payment by Master Card and VISA is
an option; however, there will be a loss of discount of 3% of the
total purchase price, including freight, when this option is
chosen.
Shipping:
- All guns not picked at our store in Mesa
Arizona, by Arizona residents, must be shipped to an
FFL dealer in the Member's resident state.
- It is the members
responsibility to see that Warehouse Guns is provided with a
copy of the receiving dealers Federal Firearms License. The
license must be clear, readable, and signed as set forth by the ATF.
The
license is required to be on file with Warehouse Guns before shipment
can be made. We DO accept Faxed and e-mail signed copies so long as they are
legible as per the ATF guidelines.
- There will be a flat rate shipping fee of
$15.00 to any state in the Continental United States.
